Development and Operations

Organizations and Institutions are made aware of yearly training programmes by way of a Circular. The Development and Operations Department formulates the training and development strategy for the Public Service. The Department also conceptualises, designs, implements and evaluates national training courses.

The Training Division continues to provide training at various levels for Public Servants to meet National Development needs.
