The Ministry of Public Service, Government Efficiency and Implementation is partnering with Coursera to provide courses aimed at upskilling public servants in line with national development goals. This initiative seeks to enhance job performance and modernize the public sector for greater efficiency.
Upskilling Purpose
In keeping with the Government’s aim for continuous capacity development across the Public Sector, this initiative will provide free and continuous learning to public servants across the various regions of Guyana.
As we advance deeper into the digital age, it’s crucial for our Public Sector to evolve alongside it. These courses are crafted to keep our workforce in sync with contemporary developments, giving us a competitive edge globally. These courses are self-paced with a certificate awarded at completion.
How to Register

- Use your Government email (@gov.gy) to ensure eligibility.
- You’ll receive an invitation email within 24 hours.
- If you don’t have a Coursera account, you’ll be prompted to create one.
- Public servants using personal emails will be verified before access is granted.
