Public Service Minister, Hon. Sonia Parag at the Mathews Ridge Community Centre, Region One, promoting the Guyana Online Academy of Learning (GOAL) initiative, which makes available to Guyanese, 20,000 online scholarships.

As she has been doing in various other parts of the country, Minister Parag is explaining the benefits that the programme brings to Guyanese learners seeking a recognized tertiary education.

Minister Parag and her team are also assisting residents with their application process, and responding to whatever queries and concerns they may have.

The Public Service Minister continues to emphasize that beneficiaries of the scholarships would not be indebted to the government in any way.
